Appointments & Service

Due to COVID-19, we are prioritizing indirect contact with our clients for this tax season whenever possible. This includes scheduling all appointments during office hours with an emphasis on telephone and video consultations with document sharing via technology. Appointments will be confirmed at least one hour before the scheduled time via phone call, text, or email. Same-day appointments are also available, but not guaranteed.

We are primarily using digital technology to complete most services this Season. We ask all clients to use digital features whenever possible, listed in order of preference:

1. upload documents through Tax Prep Webform
2. scan and email (protaxprep@mcstaxpros.net) 
3. fax (678-731-1492) 
4. our online client portal to upload documents
5. smartphone apps and technology, i.e. the free CamScanner app or mobile images

All provided documents must be clearly visible and legible. When sending images, please use a solid, dark background.

For in-person appointments, additional safety measures are in place. Masks are encouraged but no longer required. Temperatures are no longer checked before entry. However, to serve those with symptoms or who've had contact with symptomatic persons, we invite you to arrange telephone or video appointments instead. Prior to entry, clients may be asked if they've recently been tested for COVID; if they've been in contact with anyone with COVID or COVID-like symptoms; or if they've travelled recently outside of the Metro Atlanta area. 

Per the Georgia COVID-19 Pandemic Business Safety Act, the risk of contracting COVID-19 is assumed by anyone entering our premises, coming into contact with our employees or other customers, or that passes physical documents back and forth with us. We are not liable for any transmission of COVID-19.
